1.Who we are and what this covers

ATOM Data Lab is built by Fission Consulting, based in Chicago, Illinois. This policy covers this website, atomdatalab.com. The ATOM platform itself, at app.atomdatalab.com, is used under written agreements with our customers, and those agreements, not this policy, govern customer project data.

2.What we collect

If you submit the demo request form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, role, what you are interested in, your source and target ERP, your timeline, and anything you add in the message field. The submission is delivered to us as an email and we use it to reply to you. If you email us directly, we receive your email. That is the extent of it. This site has no accounts and no sign-up.

3.What we do not do

No cookies set by this site, and no analytics or tracking scripts.
No advertising, no retargeting pixels.
No selling or renting of your information, to anyone, ever.
No drip campaigns. If you request a demo, a person replies.

4.Infrastructure we rely on

The site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes standard web request logs. Page typography loads from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google. Demo form submissions are delivered to us through Microsoft Azure email services. Each of these providers processes only what is technically required to do its job.

5.Retention and your choices

Demo inquiries are kept as ordinary business correspondence. If you want your inquiry deleted, or want to know what we hold about you, email us and we will handle it.

1.The agreement

By using this website you accept these terms. The site is informational: it describes the ATOM Data Lab platform and the Load-File-First method. Content describes capabilities as observed on the dates noted; it is not a contractual commitment, a quotation, or a warranty.

2.Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the site or the services behind it.
Do not submit forms with false identity or on behalf of someone who has not asked you to.
Automated scraping that ignores ordinary rate courtesy is not permitted.

3.Intellectual property

The content, design, and marks on this site, including ATOM Data Lab and the hexagon mark, belong to Fission Consulting. Quote us with attribution; do not reuse the content or marks commercially without written permission.

4.No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fission Consulting disclaims implied warranties for the site and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

5.The ATOM platform

Use of the ATOM platform at app.atomdatalab.com is governed by separate written agreements between Fission Consulting and its customers and partners. These website terms do not grant any right to use the platform.

6.Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
