Brandon Lage

FOUNDER AND CEO

Brandon founded Fission in 2018 and built ATOM, the platform the firm runs its ERP data migrations on. He has spent more than 15 years leading IT transformation projects, from full ERP implementations to IT carve-outs. He holds a finance degree from North Park University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Pete comes from the SAP technical and project management world. Before Fission, he built and managed a PMO and stood up an M&A line of business. He has led ERP migrations into and out of private data centers and public clouds, including large multinational ERP and full infrastructure carve-outs. He has spun companies out to stand alone and folded acquisitions into an existing landscape. When a transaction has a hard close date, Pete owns the systems side of hitting it.
